What we offer
At DroneJob, we’re at the forefront of drone technology, specializing in advanced drone services. Our flagship offering is the Ultrasonic Drone, a game-changer in the field of inspection. This state-of-the-art drone empowers us to meticulously inspect metals, detect fractures, identify failures in bolts, pins, and pinpoint steel weaknesses.
Traditionally, ultrasonic scanning required manual labor, with professionals often scaling or dangling from structures to conduct inspections. This method was not only perilous but also time-consuming, often necessitating operational halts. With our Ultrasonic Drone, we bring safety, speed, and efficiency to the table. No more shutdowns, no more risks.
Industries Benefiting from Our Ultrasonic Drone Technology:
- Oil Storage Tanks & Pipelines
- Bridges (underside, high points, side scans)
- Cranes
- Ships (Hulls, holds, onboard cranes)
- Aircraft (external metal skin thickness, structural integrity)
- Grain Silos
Essentially, our technology is a perfect fit for tasks that involve high-risk areas or hard-to-reach spots. Moreover, we’re excited to see its potential unfold as the market discovers new emergency applications.
Why Choose DroneJob’s Ultrasonic Drone?
- Safety First: Eliminate the hazards associated with manual inspections, such as personnel on ropes.
- Efficiency: Our drone scans faster, ensuring uninterrupted operations for businesses.
- Expert Analysis: All ultrasonic scans are reviewed by Level 2 or 3 Ultrasonic Inspectors, who then provide a comprehensive report to our clients.
Insurance & Assurance: DroneJob is fully insured, providing liability coverage for both our company and our pilots. Additionally, for every demonstration we conduct with SkyGauge, DroneJob is covered under SkyGauge’s liability insurance.
Traditional Manual Scanning vs. DroneJob's Advanced Solutions
Manual Scanning:
- Process: The traditional method involves shutting down the crane, climbing it, roping off areas, and navigating along a horizontal walkway elevated at 140ft or more. This not only poses significant risks but also incurs additional costs due to danger pay.
- Duration: Completion can take anywhere from 1 to 2 days, depending on the task at hand.
- Rope-Based Scans: When using ropes, setup alone takes about 2 hours. With a rate of 5 to 10 scans per hour, the entire process can extend to a week. During this period, all operations must come to a halt.
- Scaffolding: If scaffolding is employed, its setup can consume a week. Add another week for scanning and then time for scaffold removal, and you’re looking at a potential 3-week shutdown of the plant.
DroneJob’s Advanced Solutions:
- Hi-Definition Camera Drones: Our drones come equipped with high-definition cameras capable of zooming into specific areas, providing live feeds to engineers on the ground.
- Thermal Scanning: Our drones can conduct thermal scans, mapping structures to reveal leaks, damages, or general wear. Any changes, breaks, or failures are color-coded for easy identification, all within half an hour.
- Ultrasonic Drone: DroneJob’s Ultrasonic drone can comprehensively scan a standard oil tank in just 1 to 2 days, depending on the number of scans needed. This method is not only more detailed but also significantly safer and faster.
- Efficiency: We can set up and start scanning in as little as 15 minutes, achieving approximately 35 to 50 scans per hour. Best of all, there’s no need to halt operations; our drone can function seamlessly with the plant running at full capacity.
Our Diverse Payload Offerings:
- Measuring steel thickness
- Gauging paint thickness
- Vertical UT measurements
- Corrosion mapping
With DroneJob, you’re not just getting a service; you’re investing in efficiency, safety, and cutting-edge technology.
